Server Name: SSRP 1,2 & 3

Suggestion Title: Civil Request

How would it benefit the server: It is feature that is already in the game but can only be seen by the Police job, so either remove it or allow all the police jobs see the request this will allow none Police jobs to transmit locations of Nukes and such criminal activities without the use of advert.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

It is already on the server as it is built into the gamemode by default, but only the default police jobs can see the request sent by /cr.
