Suggestion Title:
Change This Rule:
4 - You may only record if you feel someone is not abiding by the rules.
Into:
4 - You may only record with the premission of everyone inside the room or if you feel someone is not abiding by the rules. If you are recording you must add a [RECORDING] tag to your name! to notify players who plan on joining the room you are in.
or:
4 - You may only Audio Record with the premission of everyone inside the room or if you feel someone is not abiding by the rules. If you are recording you must add a [RECORDING] tag to your name! to notify players who plan on joining the room you are in.

How would it benefit the server:
Many players enjoy rap battles in the teamspeak and would like to share them with others in the community through the forums but the current rule denies them that ability, the rule change will allow players to record things they find fun and share them with the community with the premission of those being recorded, the [RECORDING] sign will prove usefull to players planing on join a room but not wanting to be recorded, if they see the tag they will know that room is being recorded and they will not join it if they don't want to be recorded.


Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that I can think of, I'm sure you will bring up some in the comments if there are.
