Suggestion Title: A steel printer

How would it benefit the server: Easier to make steel peoples will use crafting more often

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: My suggestion is to have a steel printer similar to uranium
8min per 20steel even 15min per 20 steel its not up to me it will really benefit the crafting job and crafting items because no one has time to craft 500steel for nuke or so it will make the job be used more often. Thanks for reading
