So before I start, I have a couple suggestions which I'm going to put in one because they are all pretty much related.
Server Name: SSRP
Suggestion Title: SWAT Shotgunner
How would it benefit the server: Another VIP Job and another way to play SWAT.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None
Additional notes: They would have the "css_riot" player model and the USAS shotgun (with less damage of course). Although you could just equip a shotgun as a SWAT, it really wouldn't be the same as an actual SWAT Shotgunner job.
Server Name: SSRP
Suggestion Title: SWAT Medic
How would it benefit the server: Another VIP Job and a SWAT job which would be able to support their SWAT colleagues, whilst also fighting (which a medic can't really do).
Potential Issues/Exploits: The SWAT Medic could just continuously revive the other SWAT members, but to combat this, the SWAT Medic's defibrillator could only have 2 or 3 uses.
Additional notes: The SWAT Medic would have a "css_swat" playermodel, but perhaps someone could edit it to have white bands with red crosses around their arms and a medical kit on their back. The SWAT Medic would spawn with a medkit, a defibrillator (with 2 or 3 uses to prevent constant reviving) and a UMP45. They might also be able to purchase a special armour charger for half the price of a normal one, which would disappear apon changing job, demotion or leaving the server. It would make playing as a police role more fun and different.

Suggestion Title: Buff the SWAT Sniper's intervention or give him a new sniper rifle.
How would it benefit the server: More people would play as SWAT Sniper.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None
Additional notes: The current intervention does very little damage compared to many other weapons, and due to this not many players play as SWAT Sniper. The damage should be higher or the SWAT Sniper should just be given a different sniper such as the Barret M98B.

Suggestion Title:SWAT Shield
How would it benefit the server: Another VIP Job and would make playing a police role more fun.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None.
Additional Notes: The SWAT Shield (pretty shit name tbh) would spawn with a FAMAS, a riot shield (or whatever it's called), and 200 armour, regardless of an EDF suit or not. The currently riot shield is very rarely used, and when people do use it, they are most likely to lose it, so a police job which would be able to shield and support their SWAT colleagues whilst they fire at criminals would be fun and would benefit all police jobs.
The job could have a deployable shield instead of a riot shield, idk.
Server Name: SSRP
Suggestion Title: SWAT Van
How would it benefit the server: Adds more RP, another reason to buy VIP and play as SWAT.
Potential Issues/Exploits: The vehicle might not despawn and gangsters would have access to a heavily armoured van.
Additional Notes: SWAT would be able to buy (for around 5million) and spawn a heavily armoured van. It could take 4x as long to lockpick it, and would seat up to 6 SWAT members (2 infront 4 in back). Along with that it would have a lot of HP and when fired at, would deal little to no damage to the passengers inside. The van would despawn if the person who spawned it changes job or leaves the server. It could also give the passenger's last used weapon a magazine or two.

Suggestion Title: Roadspikes
How would it benefit the server: Encourages RP.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Could be abused to destroy innocents.
Additional Notes: A SWAT (not leader or sniper) would be able to buy 2 roadspikes per life from the F4 Shop for about $600 each. It would be about 2 metres long and will permanently reduce the speed of a vehicle which runs over it by about 50% and damage the passengers for about 25HP. If the SWAT Van is implemented, it would be able to run over the spikes but not take the speed debuff. A player upgrade might be implemented to where a player's car would have reinforced tires meaning they can run over the roadspikes. It would also have a similar menu to the metal detector, where if you press e on it as the person who spawned it, it would ask you if you wanted to remove it.
Server Name: SSRP
Suggestion Title: Smoke grenade, flash bang and frag grenade (which would not destroy props) for SWAT.
How would it benefit the server: Would make SWAT actually have Special Weapons and Tactics.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Could be abused (but rules can be implemented) and the smoke grenade might lag a bit.
Additional Notes: All SWAT jobs would be able to purchase flashbangs, smoke grenades and frag grenades from the grenade dealer NPC. Each grenade type would be limited to one per SWAT. Flashbangs could cost $1750, smoke grenades could cost $3000 and frag grenades (the black ones from M9K) for $5000. The flashbangs and smoke grenades could be less powerful and have a smaller effect radius, so the original flashbangs and smoke grenades would still be a valuable item and something you can feel special about if you own one.
TL:DR - SWAT Shotgunner job, SWAT Medic, more powerful intervention or different sniper for SWAT Sniper, SWAT Shield job, SWAT Heavily Armoured Van, Roadspikes and Smokes, Flashes and Frag Grenades purchasable for SWAT jobs.
