Server Name: Zarp SSRP. Server 1, Server 2, Server 3

Suggestion Title: Holster/Equip rework

How would it benefit the server:
This would benefit the servers because it would stop the ability to holster a weapon, and instantly re-equip it to gain ammo.
It would also mean everyone is on an even playing field, and has no chance of weapon ammo exploiting to gain an advantage.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Fixxes exploit. Means reloading to be able to use a gun after equip

Additional notes:

This could be done by setting the initial ammo to 0 so the player is required to Reload the weapon when they equip the weapon. This in turn will stop players from being able to holster and then equip a gun to be able to gain ammo.

If you equip a suit and you take it off You have to wait 30 seconds until you can put another suit on. There is already a delay for the Jugg Suit and Every suit almost.
If you equip a suit and you take it off You have to wait 30 seconds until you can put another suit on.

I know, I meant a similar feature for weapons as well.
