I never said I was trusted as obviously I'm only a mod, but as a higher staff member your word is accepted (what I've been trying to say) and considering there were some super admins on at the time of the crash I was going to backup my refund request with their words.

Well once again, even the Super Admins and Head Admins needs evidence if such things happens, yeah well now since its mentioned even Community managers would need the evidence if there were in your situation. When it comes to cases like this everyone is treated equally and that is how it should be! there is no refunds without any evidence no matter the rank.
Also i've tried getting a hold of some of the owners but that is not the easiest task since as far as i am told one of them is on holiday and the 2 others works their asses off IRL.. So its not like they have tons of time on their hands. You might have to wait untill Chute comes back!
