Introduction: Hi there guys, as a scientist wanna-be, I am here to give you a detailed information about what has happened to me, and everybody else, with the EMP Grenades.

Bug found: EMP Grenades don't open fading doors (sometimes)

Context: I was raiding bases, and sometimes, i felt merciful, and instead of blowing that whole shit up, I would just walk inside, using EMP Grenades in fading doors, and shot the shit out of everybody, maybe steal a couple of stuff, and then walk away felling like jesus in a server full of assholes. But, sometimes, when i used EMP Grenade in a fading door, it wouldn't open it open even tho it said "access granted"!

Investigation: After i got fucking triggered because of a fading door that wouldn't open up with my EMP, i decided to look into it, and did a fading door myself with one keypad, threw an EMP at it, said "access granted" and then opened up a couple of seconds later, just like expected. But then, after my daily marathon of kitten porn, hentai and nicki minaj video clips, I had the wonderful idea of testing it in a fading door with two keypads, because that might have been the source of the problem all along! I placed my fading door, two keypads linked to the same fading door, threw the EMP Grenade, and abra-kadabra, the door didn't fucking open!

Conclusion: After testing in in many other bases, I have concluded that if the EMP Grenade affects both keypads in its blast radius that are linked to the same fading door, the fading door will not open!

Steps to reproduce the bug:
  • Place a prop and add a fading door to it;
  • Link 2 keypads to the same fading door, and make sure that they are covered by the EMP Grenade blast radius
  • Throw the EMP Grenade and the door should not open.

Thanks mate!

I'm gonna create a new ZARP task-force that has the single purpose of finding bugs, exploits and helping the developers, but for that I'm going to need a stereotypical team with a wide-variety of personalities that would be able to fit into a shitty TV show.

So from now on, I'm recruiting a passive-aggressive black guy, an IT genius (possibly a blackhat that was caught and forced to work for the government in order to get time off his sentence), a hot as fuck blond that's good at being hot, and ex-military and somebody that's asian.

I'm the troll of the squad that somehow manages to be a complete shitface and a genius at the same time, loves physics and masturbation, fits his personality in a twisted vigilante that would like to make the world a perfect place, also wants to be a philosopher.

I'll call it, [ZARP'SHIT] - ZARP Super Handy and Intelligent Taskforce

Is there some way to get this bug to developers so they can fix this? because this gets really annoying and it keeps happening all the time you try to open up a fading door with 2 keypads (spoilers: 99% of them have 2 keypads, one to get inside, one to get out!)
