Time / Date of when it happened: Around 3pm UK time.
Item/s lost: Gencorp printer and all the printers shown in the video.
Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*:
Story: The server crashed and I couldn't /restore.

The video shows that I didn't refund the printers but it says I have no pending refunds.
Please respond ASAP because I want to get my printer back to continue basing.

This is ur mistake, when a server crashes u are given 1 chance to spawn ur printer on the next server u join, you though went on s1 and u didnt spawn ur printers. Meaning that if u leave server 1 without spawning them back u lose ur refund. You should have not joined another server if u wanted to base on s3. Zarp refunds only for server issues. Well now you know. I highly doubt you will get a refund. People that have lost their printers due to the server crashing and the /restore all command being broken are still pending.

Hi Sorle, You will loose your refunds if you leave the server without claiming them. But since you did not know this we have now refunded your GenCorp Orange Core Printer.
