Suggestion Title: Weather Patterns and Changes

How would it benefit the server: I feel that a lot of people enjoyed the different weather patterns, such as Snow in the Chrismas Update, Rain, Night/Day/Evening. I full Weather Pattern would be nice, such as changing it every hour or two
an example of this could be a 24 Hour Clock (In Game) Every Hour is 24 Hours, So throughout an hour the Night And Day patterns would change and every 6 Hours the Weather Pattern would change (Or whenever the owners feel like it) like it goes from rain>Normal/Sunny>Snow just for a good and cool effect to spice it up a little. I for a fact loved the Snow last Christmas and for some reason it just made things more fun to play, raid and base because it was something different. I know things like this have been suggested before but maybe take out the Day and Night cycle and every 6 Hours this changes so it changes 4 times per day, Starting at 12 AM it goes to Day, 6 AM is Rain, 12 PM is Snow 6 PM is Day 12 AM is Rain 6 AM is Snow changing it so everyone throughout the week no matter your timezones gets a change to play on Each one at least once or twice a week making it airy for the players who don't play all day or within both times or longer etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Lag? Maybe we can test the weather one

Additional notes: I just hope this is looked into or at least Denied or Accepted so we can get a different range of things.

yeah it would be cool, but in the same of all the shit pc owners who play ZARP, i request you no to do it, because 30 fps average isn't a good average, and with every frame being so precious to me, i don't want to sacrifice any of them away xD

Should be a button to turn off the effects, for players.

I don't want to be the negative about this but, months before i joined Zarpgaming for over 2 years ago, was i in another community witch had the day night cycle on. It was fun in the start, but causes lag and people was angry all the time that it was turning night. And the server was loosing players because of it. When we decided to remove the day night cycle, did players start to join again and the server was not lagging anymore.

What im saying is that it sounds pretty damn cool, but it haves some aftereffects like lag, and people leave because of they don't like it.
