Suggestion Title: Changing Special Printers Ownership

How would it benefit the server: You would be able to benefit more from raids or from finding hidden printers. Most of the times if you steal a special printer off someone as soon as they notice they leave the server and the printer gets destroyed, well this would not happend if there was an item that had the model of a lockpick and could change the ownership of a special printer from the user that spawned it to yourself. You could also add a golden blueprint that is not 1 time use and craft the item that would change the owner of a printer ( The crafting price could range from 5m to 10m). Now most of you will complain because then people could easily change the ownership of special printers to their alts and then spawn more and more, but this would not happend if when u change the ownership of the special printer, the printer limit would still be added to the other owner. For example if you have a gpp and u change the ownership to your alt then ur alt will have 1/2 gpp limit.

Edit: Every printer will be able to change owner 1 time only!
Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: This is kinda rushed as i dont have time to make it as detailed as i wanted to but it works.

Alright so currently there is a limit on how many special printers u can spawn. The limit is 2 per kind. When u will change the ownership of a special printer u will get a 1/2 limit of that printer kind, meaning u can spawn 1 more of that printer. Its like it is now that u have a limit of 2 but when changing ownership it will transfer the printer as it was you that you spawned it so people cant spawn more than 2.

Either it's not added or as Brandify said there would need the be limits, such as you can only have one stolen printer or the item that changes printer ownership is very rare and expensive.
