Suggestion Title:
Buffing up the mayor , by giving him a spawn pistol (an HK maybe) along with an unarrest baton

How would it benefit the server:
First of all for the new players . they get to know that the mayor's only able to use handguns .. and only has an Unarrest baton to allow anyone outside the jail (RPly) Not an arrest baton only unarrest
the Whole gun thing is to give the mayor a buff up to spawn with a weapon , cuz of the lack of people selling handguns and most of the new rdmers using gun dealers to mass RDM and self supply ..

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A (impossible)

Additional notes:
This will be easy to do as just assigning spawn weapons to the mayor .. i do not believe it will require any sort of coding , etc ..
