Suggestion Title: mele weps can destroy dead bodies

How would it benefit the server: a way to get rid of people you dont want to be defibbed as of now they can just lay there, would potentially help shorten raids cause less drama when someone is defibbing you dont want to be defibbed

Potential Issues/Exploits: no idea

Additional notes: like in shadowrun the fps (anyone know?) where you could destroy dead bodies so they dont get res'd
