The reason no one rps as a mutant is that the job is currently useless as the knife takes plenty of hits to actually kill someone and most people use heavy weapons as the psg and can kill the mutant instantly without any chance of defending it self, It could be fun to see a mutant buff and maybe add a rule where they are allowed to raid the outside of their sewers with a 30 min cooldown or something. As for minges using the job to rdm, we shouldn't see it as an issue as its our duty to take care of it. People can rdm as guard and gun dealers as well as it provides better weapons.
The mutant job is not super needed but a buff would be a fun change and make things a bit different
