Suggestion Title: SSRP Suggestion: buff mutants

How would it benefit the server:
Now that hobos can use heavy weapons i feel that mutants are very defenceless against hobos and that the mutant job is basically useless since you instantly die without a chance to defend yourself. My suggestion is to buff it in any way that could be perhaps either increasing health/speed or maybe by improving the melee damage.

doesn't have to be any of the above suggestions but any buff at all would be great so that it would balance the job

Potential Issues/Exploits:
well maybe the job could be abused to rdm, but then again every job can be used that way
