Suggestion Title:Changing Rule That is Allowing "Basing in Elevator Base (up of spawn)"

How would it benefit the server:Better For Raiders

Potential Issues/Exploits:NONE

Additional notes:Its Not Even Fucking Possible To Raid Elevator Bases. Whenever You Come Up, You Get m202ed-matadored-rpged and etc while in elevator. "NO WAY" to raid there. So Change This Rule.

I with a few others have raided elevator bases successfully a few times you just need to be tactical. Well in that Case The basers were Probably people who were not using Any specials, I wanna see you try to Successfully Raid a base with 8 Tguns looking at the elevator.
Chances are Slim to none with everyone, Unless you have a Aim like Scream and The basers Do a Stupid mistake.
