Suggestion Title
Adding a safe zone to the mining areas.

How would it benefit the server
I have noticed that recently people have been moaning about being RDM'd in the mines, and in a result of that they have lost their Diamond Pickaxes and not being able to get them refunded. So having an addon that will prevent this would solve this problem all together and release stress on staff that need to deal with it.

Potential Issues/Exploits
People with hits placed on them and stay in these areas will be unable to be killed.

If this was implemented there would be no competition to miners, the whole point of miners being vulnerable is that hit men can kill those who has hits on them, by making the mining area protected, it can ruin RP for hit men. THIS IS A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE IDEA.

1) Bad for the economy and makes all your hard earned money less valuable.
2) Mining is a good, fun job, however hitman can be one the most boring jobs. Do not make hitman worse than it already is.
3) Unfair and generally irritating in other ways.

All the best ways to make money in DARK rp have some risks whether it is basing to grow drugs and print money, buying and selling in which you are not always guaranteed a good return (especially if the economy and prices change), and also mining. It is called Dark rp for a reason and miners can use big guns for a reason too. As a matter of fact, mining is one of the safest ways to make money. You just gotta be smart about it. There are many ways in which you can prevent the loss of diamond pickaxes.

Also rip the economy and ALL YOUR HARD WORK!
