Way One: You must be roleplaying with each other to then proceed someone for killing your friend, This will stop people Randomly killing people and then saying "He killed my friend", to then proceed to get out of the warning. Now what I mean by this is you and your friend need to either baseing together/In same gang for you to kill someone who killed him.
Way Two: Players: will not be randomly killed as someones friend shot him first then he dies then the player who killed his friend gets killed but in reality they just want to get there score up on Gametracker.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
More work for staff? but better for the players as then they know that people are actually roleplaying together.
This is hard to measure. It all comes down to if the "friend" admits his affiliation (or lack of,) with the accused. I have friends (believe it or not) who are not in my gang and do not base with me, but I still hang out with them on the server.
this can get rid of some RDM cases because say your a person walking down the street and you have a gun out and some guy shoots the person next to you he thinks its you so he kills you.
I remember using this just so my friend could kill someone he hated from like a month ago (Of course this was before I got staff :>( ) I'd say they'd need a entity down in the same base to be "basing" with the other person though. I support this
