I can just be inconsistencies in the location on the players hitbox that the bullet registered, the bullet will not always hit the exact same spot even if you aim directly where you shot the player previously due to registration, hit boxes or you simply just missing. The Damages are all coded for each weapon and where you hit the player. Don't expect it to be the same each time not everything is perfectly consistent and it was either one of those reasons or if you were lucky enough to hit the exact spot it might of just been a glitch. Don't worry about Scope Boost being broken, i've explained to you the situations if you wish this topic can be locked as there isn't any problem really and many reasons that this could of occured. Thanks for trying to help us out or let us know about this anyways, hope fully you will continue to report any bugs you see.
