Suggestion Title: New Anti-Scam Casino Rule

How would it benefit the server: Less people losing money unfairly.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People dont follow the rule.

Additional notes: I have seen so many people doing casinos and so many are scams, so thats not only unfair for people loseing money and there items, the legit ones dont get customers.
There for making scamming with casinos scams against the rules it makes everyone happier (apart from the scammers) normal non scamming casinos get to use there casinos without people calling them scammers, people dont get scammed alot and it makes everything better <3

It crosses the line when I get a guy making an F1 for "Admin he scammed me in his casino!" Like, come on bud. I know it sucks to get scammed but this rule is useless and ridiculous. Casino's are meant to go off chance, it's not an in game system and people can scam or not. It's up to the customer to decide and if scammed, he can use it as an RP reason to advertise said Casino and let the citizen's of ZARP Town know. If you get scammed, it's not the end of the world and the only person you've got to blame is yourself.

I didnt really think about how to report a casino scammer unless rec and still you cant get refunded, put more thought into this and i would like this locked/removed.

Just cant trust any casinos.

Or get a proper system inplace such as a simple coinflip, its easy to code (imo its like the wheel of zarp but easier)

It's RP to get scammed, and yes the gamble should be the quality of the service of said gambling casino. Quality of Service also including whether you'll get return on investing into the casino, if you get scammed, you get scammed. Move on. Making rules about silly things such as this really just limits the RP on the server and what players are allowed to do.

What about just not gambling in the first place , so they cry about getting scammed when the odds of them winning are 50/50 anyway. What if they lost the money fairly? What difference does it make , casino's are stupid and so is gambling. Why don't you just go earn money via RP'ing instead of crying about getting scammed or losing gambling.

The servers have just about no RP in them why would you limit the little RP left.

What im saying is the people that are abusing them to take someones bet and just leaving, not simply loseing even when the odds are against you, thats your fault for making the choice to bet, but what im saying is it should be against the rules to take a bet if you are just gona dc or not return fair winnings, so people rp and not just scam.

Look, im not trying to cry about scamming i just feel like its unfair for people that arnt so rich to have money unfairly stolen from them, and trying to make the server a better place thats all i wanted from this suggestion.
