Broadcasting enemy base coords

Suggestion Title: Do not broadcast enemy base coords over chat
How would it benefit the server:
In all the minecraft servers i have ever played on you were not allowed to share enemies base cords over global chat because it ruins the gameplay people wont be able to re build their base after the last person raided it because other people now can raid it as well because of getting the coords.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None.
Additional notes: You can share coords over private chat / faction chest/ just aslong the whole server doesnt see it.

How would it benefit the server:
After raiding a base you need to give the base you raided 24 hours to rebuild their base
Potential Issues/Exploits: Having allies raid the base after you are done.
Additional notes: This excludes people that just stroll near your base ofcourse if you are in the middle of a rebuild you can still be raided by other factions or people, just not the same that raided you .
Massive Automated farms

No massive automated redstone farms which can cause lag to the server
How would it benefit the server:
this will prevent people from building MASSSIVEEE automated farms which will lagg the server over time.
in all the servers i have played they had this rule.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None.
Additional notes: People will have to build smaller variants of the machine.

@ Suggestion #1 - Its Faction's if someone wants you're base cords they are going to get them, this is the most pointless thing to even add imo who cares if they get you're cords off Public chat, same thing as PM
@ Suggestion #2 - I feel like this suggestion is also kinda pointless Example I raid you, then lets say this other player find's you building you're new base and decides to take you out before you get stronger there is no reason why this 2nd player or even player 1 can't raid you, and then people would abuse this after getting raided, and complain in chat Saying "Im reporting you, you can't raid me i have been raided today"
@ Suggestion #3 - I have been on the server for about 30mins The server clear lags every 5 mins, there is almost nothing inexperienced players could build to even lag the server out, maybe the only thing could be is a cobble monster, but thats only temp

about the raid timer: factions is about getting the best and biggest faction there is and to do that you will need to fuck up others to do that, you need to raid them untill there is nothing but dust left. if you give them time to rebuild you can never really take anyone down. my point is... no raid timer it will ruin the way factions work and just make it boring

Factions is not meant to be friendly , if someone broadcast's your coordinates then tough luck your gonna have to move elsewhere it's not that difficult.
Raid Timer , this is pointless in my opinion. People won't know about your raid timer and will still raid you , it makes no difference. If your base get's destroyed once , it will most likely get destroyed again in 24 hours so what's the point of waiting.
The only thing I can kind of agree with is the massive farms. Some people go ham and make like 150x150 farms which cause frickin massive fps lag and server lag. There should be a limit set to how big your farm can be , if everyone has the same limit I don't think it will cause any issues.
