Suggestion Title:
Events: All same dress

How would it benefit the server:
So no mutants whit no head can go to headshot only event

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:

This is a suggestion where when all the players joins the event they get a dress, after the event is done the dress gets removed so mutants with no head wont be op.[/li]
