Suggestion Title:
Gmod Surf Server

How would it benefit the server:
Add another server to expand the community and add a fun,chill based movement people can hang around on when bored or annoyed.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Setting it up
Additional notes:
If this would to get accepted i would help work on it. I know how to setup a server especially a surf one as i have done it before. I know we have a FP Server for surf but it would be good for zarp aswell.
