Server Name:SSRP 1 and 2

Suggestion Title:Make it so there can be more owners at the same time in one gang

How would it benefit the server: It would make being a gang co owner easier.Example:I own The NATO with Yoda and Extory,that both left ZARP,but they may come back one time and they still want to keep their owner ranks.I am forced to stay as an officer in the gang,and i need to call Yoda online to make changes in the gang.

Potential Issues/Exploits:None

I've seen this on other servers were they are able to make their own ranks within the gang and allow each rank to have different permissions depending how the Founder/creator of the gang sets it. Great Idea in my opinion. It would help promoted members from officer control the gang and the owner himself wouldn't encounter weird problems. There wouldn't be a limitation on who applies for the Gang Teamspeak. (Only the owner himself can apply for their gang).
