Story: was hand cannoning a dupe in the bank and then when I went to go drop my hand cannon and pick it back up
I didnt see that the vip inventory was disabled so i lost my hand cannon and it was on the floor

Pretty sure you get it back your screenshots shows that you cant take it because VIP & Booster packs are broken

There is a problem right here.
Someone else picked that up so if you get refunded maybe your friend and you will make free money so i dont think this will get refunded as it will get duped.

Happened to someone before and they got nothing back so it will be hypocritical of the owners to refund you,
