Server Name: SSRP 1&2

Suggestion Title: Demote Timer

How would it benefit the server: Allows players to return to a job after being demoted for x time

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes: In such cases random demotes actually go through the player cannot return to the job they were previously without contacting a staff member and getting unbanned from the job, this is a problem as a staff member is not always on to unban players that have been randomly demoted.

Could be like this 1st demote : 10 min ban from job 2nd demote 30 min 3rd perm (untill rejoin) > add to rules that rejoining to avoid job ban is not allowed(?) Obviously the times could be altered as its wished to be than what i just said Just to add, is this what you meant by any chance? Just to add, is this what you meant by any chance?

Exactly what I meant although times may be a bit too high
1st demote: 5 minutes(Default time)
2nd demote: 20 minutes
Third one is fine.
