Server Name: SSRP 1&2

Suggestion Title: Increase prop resistance

How would it benefit the server: Since the new update made special weapons more affordable it will increase raiding, so why not balance raiding and basing by giving the props more resistance?

Potential Issues/Exploits: If buffed too much gang upgrades might make this too OP

Additional notes: I will be happy to hear your opinion

Note: this is a suggestion for all the props and player not just a gang upgrade.
