Suggestion Title: Buffing the m249 (Making it better at range)

How would it benefit the server: Make it a suitable gun.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: It currently is shit due to how far and how close you are, if your close to the person it does emmense damage if your quite far away lets say 3 squares away it does hardly any damage. By buffing It I mean making better at far range to make it a glorious gun again. Who doesnt want to spray down there enemy's?
