Suggestion Title: Quad Bike

How would it benefit the server: The Quadbike is a very well known ride from not only GTA V, but now SSRP Arena Events on server one. The Quadbike is fun, compact, and fast. I know personally players love this car and would love to see it being implemented, but have met a roadblock as to how to get it into players arsenal other than just simply purchasing it with money.

My proposal is we implement where it originally came from, the arena events, into how you get this. For getting score in an arena, you already have loads of fun but also have an "All Time Score" if you look into the tab menu while in the event. We can popularize the arena events and quadbike even more, get players engaged, by allowing this car to be unlocked at the car dealer once you reach a high, but obtainable all time score of 10,000.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can see!

I already have 1,000 and don't join every event, it would be a great reward for the players that do spend their time in the events. Purchasing it or getting just another car from a blueprint sounds boring honestly, let's switch things up a bit.

Every single event contributes to your all time score.

Eh, even then it'll be a lot of score and for someone like me who doesn't really enjoy participating in events (as they ALWAYS seem to come up when I'm in an F1 or engaged,) it would be annoying as it is a really cool car. I agree it shouldn't be cash only because then everyone would have it instantly. Maybe a craft able blueprint that requires special ingredients, such as (maybe,) a SCU, or some steel and uranium making them popular again.
