Suggestion Title: [TTT] Changing the voting system

How would it benefit the server: Picture this, 6 people vote one map, 4 vote another. One of the four starts to micspam full force down his mic during the shoutvote process. The percentage vote for that map slowly ticks up (and the total doesn't even add up to 100%,) is this fair? Does it pick a map representing what the current players want? No. It's not. It's a fun idea, but extremely gimmicky and gets old very quickly.I suggest a fair, base percentage representation of votes.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of.

I just wanted to play some Dolls haha, better than Minecraft anyways.

but in my opinion this system can be quite fun and is worth keeping on the server.

Go yell at your friends or some stranger on the road then - that is very fun indeed.

Do take this into consideration in the meeting, the system is unfair as I was discriminated as a Walrus for not having a vote. Seriously, change the voting system.

Tbh Ive never been a fan of the shoutvote system we currently have in place on multiple gamemodes. It is indeed unfair, and I would love for another system to be implemented. To be fair, I've always hated Shoutvote across Deathrun and TTT. It's annoying, not fun, an excuse to micspam and there's other voting alternatives that work just as well and maybe even better.
