Suggestion Title: Airdrops

How would it benefit the server: Now, as you'll all now TTT is on the verage of dying and we need to bring it back to life with all new addons in witch would make it fantastic to myself as well as normal players who play. What Airdrop does is it drops a Creat with models, Points, Weapons inside it and players can run to it and get they items.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Adding a Airdrop section on every map

Suggestion Title: RCXD (Traitor Weapon)

How would it benefit the server: As you're all aware of by now, TTT is dying and we need to revive it with whole new addons that will make players come back.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Unsure.
