Suggestion Title: Car Rules

How would it benefit the server: This would benefit the server by having less kills/RDMs

Potential Issues/Exploits: People are standing in front of cars, so when they get hit they can kill the person in the car, i believe this is a bad thing because when your the driver and someone stands in front of you, you dont want to hit them, so you wont die.

Additional notes: I has Spoderman stand in front of my car trying to get hit so he could kill me, fortunately i didnt hit him. Unfortunately my friend accidentally hit Spoderman, and he killed him within seconds.

I agree, while this would be quite hard to word and enforce it's stupid that someone can throw himself infront of your car then kill you for it. It ruins RP and makes driving annoying and difficult on smaller maps.

I don't really see how this would help.. If a person hits with his car another person, and the person get damaged and he can't kill the driver or damage because it is breaking the "car rules" that seems a bit unfair
