I definitely believe that this should be added. I had to ban around 10 people yesterday for making ALT accounts and voting, and it pissed me off with the fact that I couldn't remove individual votes.

I don't think this is needed. There are countless ways that you can save your work, whether it's on a pastebin, word document, etc. If it's work that is very important and/or you've put a lot of time and effort into it, then it's your own fault for not using the common sense to save your work.

Also, I don't know how it works, but some browsers seem like they save your work if you accidentally close the tab.

The suggestion for Global Moderators+ to be able to remove individual votes would be helpful, not really a reason to deny that one. As for 'Drafts', you can easily just copy/paste your thread you're working on onto an online document, notepad, Microsoft Word, etc. With that being said, it would still as you said take up space if abused and more likely than not it would just be abused.
