They are lagging the servers where there are so many printers.
And if it's printers colliding into props causing the problem, it will obviously reduce the problem by a lot, instead of 10 entities colliding with each other there is gonna be only 1 entity colliding.
(10 entities as an example, now many people have alt accounts and it becomes pretty aids when big gangs are basing).
Try it for yourself on the test server if you would like, I remember atleast twice when BiB base went off and the server's lags were reduced by a lot.
