My question is, why does the 25 million dollar car I just bought cap off at 60 miles per hour?

I'm sorry, but if I just bought this car today to see that you changed the max speed of cars to 60 miles per hour, I'm not going to be happy.
I'm 99% sure I know why you changed it. To reduce CDM. But if I bought the Ferrari Spyder and drove it around, would it go 60? It's almost 1 million $ per mile per hour. That's ridiculous. Even when you go up hills your max speeds dip to ~30-40, when before the update you could go 80 up those hills if you sped up beforehand.

Please change it back.
