Suggestion Title: Remove sprint preventing you from shooting (M9K weapons)

How would it benefit the server: Seeming that you can hold shift with weapons such as gluon, mini2 and such while shooting, it would make sense to be able to do the same with the m9k weapons and brings more usability to them
