There's no real benefit

Potential Issues/Exploits:

There's no real issue or exploit, other than people creating racist nicknames (these nicknames are all client sided anyway)

Additional notes:

This probably won't be added, but it's a nice thing to consider as an alternative to that rule about "impersonating users". People can then label users who like stealing names with a nickname of their choice, or of their actual / original RP name. These nicknames won't overwrite rp names, but could instead display next to RP names on the scoreboard or under the users profile where the Steam information is displayed in the scoreboard.
