HoodDroid's SSRP Suggestion

Server Name:
All SSRP Servers.

Suggestion Title:
Adding another way to Obtain Screws in-game, Basically my idea is What if you could craft like 5 Screws with 1 Steel (Values could be changed depending on what's agreed on in the CC Meeting), I'm suggesting this cause of the recent Nerf for Dumpster diving which slowed down the production of Screws a lot.

How would it benefit the server:
Making Screws Easier to obtain and Saving a lot of time when making Suits, weapons etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that I could think of.
