Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: PD Raid Notification

How would it benefit the server: It is a simple addition that will display a message to police jobs that the PD is being raided if the PD lock-down button is pushed similar to the message when the vault raid is started. Saves people time typing "PD Raid".

Potential Issues/Exploits: Button being spammed.
