Suggestion Title:
Being able to use the “Report To Moderator” button on your phone

How would it benefit the server:
Recently i have seen many TOU breaks on the forums and since I mostly visit the forums on my phone I can’t report it. Instead i I have to copy the page link then find a section mod/global mod in my friends list on steam, message them the link and ask them to remove it and ban the person

Would be easier to report
