Estimated Server Time: Because I always exit the game through my console, game tracker doesn't pick up most of my hours. Based off of my steam recent hours, my total server time is actually close to around 70!

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is a term used to describe a situation when a player randomly kills other players without any valid reason, or role playing purposes. There are multiple forms of RDM. One of which includes: Person A is walking down the street without any weapon out, no threats, just getting from one point to another. Person B kills person A without any role playing purpose at all. Another one that applies to our server: Person A is walking down the street without any weapon out, no threats, just getting from one point to another, and isn't on the street, but walking on the sidewalk. Person B is driving in a car and swerves to hit and kill person A.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR simply put, is an important rule to make raiding and other DarkRP actions more fair and balanced. Once you die or are killed, you aren't allowed to go back to the place of your death for X amount of time. You also aren't allowed to interact with any player relating to your previous life. In total, you are a completely different person, and should act as such.
Person A is raiding person B. If person A kills person B, person B is not allowed to come back to his base for X amount of time, nor interact with person A regarding his previous life. The same goes if the roles are switched. If person A is killed during his raid, he is not allowed to come back to person B's base for X amount of time and continue raiding, nor interact with person B regarding person A's previous life.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring player X and player Y to a sit, and allow them to tell me each's side of the story. With that information, I would also check the logs for any sign or motive for player Y to kill player X, ie; Player x attacked player Y first, warranting self-defense. Based on all of that information, I would have to come to a conclusion, and respond appropriately.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together on the console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. This situation seems pretty self-explanatory. If Player X kills player Y, and very recently player Y kills player X; If it's less time apart then the NLR period, it can be safely assumed that yes, player Y broke NLR. However, I would still want to pull them into a sit and hear what each player has to say, and explain the NLR rule to player Y, because the goal of a mod should be more to properly redirect play, then to just hand out punishment.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I believe I should be chosen to be a mod because first and foremost, I have previous, excellent experience as an admin on another gmod server called Garnet Gaming. I'm the Drum Major for my marching band. What that entails is that I have a variety of skills that are quite applicable to being a server moderator/administrator. I know how to deal with difficult people, and in sticky situations, I keep my composure, while everyone else is losing theirs. I'm a natural people's person and I have "the voice of reason" when it comes obstacles. I'm an adept problem solver, I can work independently and responsibly, but also still maintain a team-based environment. I'm studious and reliable. Not to mention I have a gnat for being on time, prompt, and organized. Something to be noted on my application. I notice we lack "late night" staff. I know a majority of our staff live in the UK region, The timezone difference would allow me to cover most of the night until other admins come back on. This would allow a full blanket of coverage, and it would be helpful to players who have to suffer through the "late night minges". Let alone I'm sure players would be grateful for the gesture. Thank you for taking the time to review my moderator application, I await your response!
