Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Known as RDM, it is killing people for no reason at all.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Person x dies in the armory, he cannot go back into the armory after he died for a certain time. Or he will be punish for breaking NLR rule.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
It is when you use knowledge from a character you played, or a dead character.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask what the reason was and judge from the argument and trusts. And maybe give player y RDM warning.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would take no warnings, since he did not cross the line for a big amount of time. But if you do it again, I will have to warn you.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would say to him what he is doing is metagame and it is not except able on Zarp. You cant say it in OOC. (Warm him for metagaming)
Why I should be chosen? (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I know I just started playing on Zarp at about beginning of November 2013. But I love Zarp, it's one of my favorite server. I also love to help people to play fair and happily. I will come on when ever I can on Saturday or Sunday. I would be a good moderator because, I know the basic rules, I will be willing to do it since I love it, and this is all I wish for my birthday. I am expecting to get fun experiences with my new job (if I get one). I love putting someone else's perspective to mine, and it helps with this job. Can't wait to see the results!
