I know everyone says this but. Xnator you are head admin on 4 servers 2 of those you own. Being SA let alone HA it's a really big dedication and it takes current lead team members all of their time. How are you going to balance out your gametime.

SSRP doesn't work the same way as all the pointshop servers you need to focus the majority of your attention towards it, this is something you don't do and with you running two servers it wont be something you do better than those focusing solely on SSRP.
