There is no rule against throwing a grenade as long as it does not hurt anyone. Since the grenade Lil' Grump threw was in the water and did not hurt anyone it is not KOSable and NOT punishable.

Very poor handled by a LEADTEAM member and a Mod who wants to be Admin.

I looked myself. There was no proof he threw it in the water or away from other players.

Also, this is in report abuse so are you reporting someone or not. From what I can see this is just leading up to unnecessary drama.
