He's been rulebreaking a lot and i've seen him saying stuff like this many times this week.

This guy does tend to minge from what I've seen of him, what was said shouldn't be said on the server.

I mean he could actually mean to type kill in console, you never know

I've reviewed the evidence and come to the conclusion that this report will be accepted, the user clearly was trying to come at someone verbally for no reason, when I see him in-game I will make sure he receives a fair punishment.
