TOPIC: Idea for staff

I think that Staffs Should Give More complimets insted of just saying bad stuff. like if you do 10000hours of godd you get to compliment but when you do 1 bad thing you just get shit.
this isnt meant to be bad just a sugestion to make the staff team a bit better

That's not a staff thing, that's a human thing. Negatives are more commonly seen.

They just drag allot of staff down everyday while they just try to help the server. Idk if they know but the server would be dead without staff
