TOPIC: cant play s3 at all

every small thing i do im warned for
warn 1: emmit hits me with his car so i kill him and im warned
warn 2:wizard shoots at me so i shoot back and im warned for attempted rdm
warn 3:a hobo is calling overseer doombringer because he needs help so i teel him he doesnt help users so im warned and muted for disrespect at the same time
warn 4: rdm but it wasnt and he had no proof

give me 2 reasons how the first is valid
