Gonna need some context to this or maybe a video showing it was prop block. Cause its possible that if someone used explosives it unfroze props making it prop blocked. I was nearby so this might sound weird coming from me but I've not seen the dupe at all.
Anyway, you're gonna need to...

A use the template
B show us clear proof
C show us proof of WHAT Dupe was used.
D proof that the dupe wasn't damaged.

If a dupe gets damaged and thanks to that it becomes prop block it's their own fault. Not the dupe owner's.
