I still don't understand how you lose P-Hack 2.0 and the black diamond printer...

For those confused at this anger: He Printer Hacker 2.0'd his special printer just before the servers going down and now they've come back up and been rollbacked slightely he no longer has either of the items, just to clear up some extra stuff, He bought printer hacker 2.0 at the start of the update and the black diamond printer a day before the server maintenance. Yet he still lost both items...
