can someone link it for me and where do I put it?

fastdl.friendlyplayers.com/luan/maps

Put it in GMOD directory under maps

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps
or
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps

Is there any fast way to download all these maps?
