True
but an AHK Script isn't detectable or anti-cheatable so maybe it got out or he was using something with visuals because AHK Scripts are shitty on Gmod and don't really work and theres no way an AHK script got him to a speed that was obviously a BHOP Script so I really do doubt it was a AHK script.

Admins dont have the required power to handle hackers and thats why they are told to call super admins if they have suspicions that someone is hacking. Next time dont just ban a "hacker", go and call a lead team member to handle it. Except if you have video evidence to show he was actually hacking.
